I've so far been able to spend my time in Sydney without seeing any famous sportspeople, but today we were on the bus with Phil Kearns, former Wallaby. Actually, it is more likely that I've seen multiple famous sportspeople, but not recognised them – Sarah had to point Phil out to me.
Nobody was sitting next to him, but that could have been because (even though he was very politely trying to take up as little space as possible) there really wasn't room. I've never felt more reluctant to take up rugby than right now :)
