Who would have thought….from 41C to 3C!!!!! Thank you Di for the Christmas thermals and Mum for the extra warm sleeping bag as they will be getting a workout! In fairness, despite the freezing London put on a beautiful sunny, blue sky day to welcome us. Determined to avoid jetlag we powered on through the day and checked out the local area – Marks and Spencer, red double decker buses, cute terraces and lots of quaint little pubs.
