Trinidad

Last December, just before heading out to Australia, I had a short two week stay in Trinidad for work. We were based in the capital of Trinidad (Port of Spain) however on one of the weekends did manage to hire a mini-bus to show us a little of the island.

Once outside of the capital we were surrounded by lush tropical jungle and some very pretty coastline. Sadly, as we pulled up to the beach, the rain set in although it did clear later in the afternoon so we could have a long lunch by the water and watch the boats go by.

Our trip to the beach
